Utah Trip

In keeping with the road trip theme, we drove to Utah for Easter/General Conference.  The kids did great on the drive.  It is amazing how fast 9 hours goes when you are busy entertaining three little ones.  One the way up, we put the kids in the car at 3am and started our drive.  We thought they would all sleep until St. George.  They didn't.  The baby did, luckily, but  Ryan was awake the whole trip! He was a trooper.  We made a stop in St. George and hiked around a bit.  It was just what we needed.

We were able to spend Easter with Brett's brother and his family.  It is always fun to see cousins.

I also got to spend time with wonderful friends.  We had a mini college roommate reunion ( minus an important two).  I sure love those girls.  We all just had babies with in a few months of each other and they got to meet.  We didn't get a picture of all of them, but here is Jace with his future college roomie.

On the tail end of the trip we got to catch the Saturday session of General Conference with my family.  Well, Brett did.  I have an attached baby who doesn't like me to leave him.

We were all wiped out at the end of the trip.  Luke fell fast asleep during lunch and nothing could wake him up.  We drove home on a Saturday night and drove all through the night.  Never doing that again.
Gotta love UTAH!
